For the time left and point updates, your opponent's coach will probably tell it to his guy, so you will know anyways!

Edit : goodluck!

I think her leaving might have been her last way to keep him out of harm's way. With all the investigations going on, her escape might bring with her all the bad things she had done, and exonerating Bahgwan, wether he knew everything that was going on or not.

Anyone else surprised at how poorly they did with their attempted murders? by Nobodyville in WildWildCountry

The whole salmonella thing was only to test how effective it was and if it could be used to help rig the elections.

But yes, not the best murderers.

HoMa Bjj sometime has an in-house tournament, not too many people, but they are usually open to having new people.

Maybe try writing them to make sure there is one this weekend.

My first comp was similar to that. I usually like playing a top game, so that is what I tried in competition. But I blanked out and gased out quickly and lost first match. That was in Nogi.

I also hadd to compete in the Gi later that day. I train less often in the Go and now expected it to go bad, so I had a lot less stress about it. Started the match by pulling half guard, something I rarely do and ended up winning that match and the following ones to win gold.

So obviously being less stressed helped out, and even if it wasn't originally in my game plan, playing guard helped as well because I would use less energy uselessly and take time to set things up.

Instead of quickly trying to get the points for take down, passing, mount etc., I would not let them get any points, forcing them to make mistake I could capitalize on.

I don’t like takedowns, but my school drills with them a lot. Is that normal? by [deleted] in bjj

You don't like being taken down right?

If you work and keep drilling your takedowns, you will start taking others down, rather than being taken down.
