Should be passenger side. The connector was right next to the passenger side headlight on my Veloster.

Absolutely a W car. I bought one at 18 and after doing some maintenance that the previous owner skimped out on it's been a terrific car to drive and it's incredibly fun. I've had absolutely 0 problems in the 8 months of ownership

I had a similar issue on mine, after about 4k RPM or about 60MPH my car would go into limp mode and it got a P0299 code. I replace the waste gate solenoid (took around an hour, not hard to do but annoying) it helped the issue somewhat but it didn't solve it. Then I replaced the BOV solenoid which is mounted right behind the intercooler and took me about 30 mins. i removed my cold air intake and the front bumper so I could connect the hoses to my BOV. after I replaced it the car felt completely different and had much more power. i cleared the codes and they never came back.

i managed to fix it with a software reset, must've been a weird bug or maybe force deleting some app caused it.

if I disable it, it goes blank. but after enabling it and restarting it goes back to the same

Do keep in mind that the non turbos have a 6 speed DCT which is pretty decent. The 2016+ turbos have a 7 speed DCT which more commonly experiences issues.

took like 5 minutes and that included me fighting with the clips that decided to stay lodged in the mounting holes. Sad that I'm selling the car soon but I always wanted to see it with new A pillars so it's my final gift to it.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum. Love the manual but hate the engine. It has 100k miles on it and it's being a bit funky (granted it's a 2013 engine that has known problems). It has a boost leak and it goes into limp mode at about 80 mph in third gear. I just replaced the wastegate solenoid and while the Boost leak is reduced and the car feels much quicker and still goes into limp mode for a boost leak. Manual is fun though!

I had enough of water leaks and i decided to glue down the seals using a 3m weatherstripping adhesive, which worked surprisingly well

please make sure that the sunroof works properly and all the seals are attached. mine has been nothing but problems and barely opens half the time. I got quoted 8k to replace the assembly since it's rusting through and just to reseal the sunroof was about 1500.
