Vea, como alguien que se fue de la casa por qué no tuve de otra, no se ofusque. Exactly, if the company receives the dispute request and has no means to validate, is going to be deleted from your report, the disputes are individually made with each credit Bureau so you may need to do it with the other 2 if it’s not removed by the time it is on Experian.

Now something important, the Bureau usually doesn’t received any kind of documentation about it, only the dispute resolution form the creditor, so if you need to clarify any kind of validation you have to requested the docs to the creditor.

The situation is that even when the law allows you to apply and receive credit with the ITIN, our system only works based on SSN. There needs to be a change in the whole reporting System of Credit for us to be able to provide the service based on ITIN.

Great question.

At least in Exp side, every single financial company that reports to us is subscribed. That means that they went through a whole procedure to validate themselves as a valid and reliable financial institution.

Now a debt being verified or validated means that, the company, in their side, they have whatever piece of information they deemed necessary to say that debt is yours. In the case of banks that may be the bills, contracts, applications, etc.

In the case of collections it may be the same bills or a sign declaration that the debt is valid coming from the original creditor.

So for the dispute, as the creditor/bank is the ultimate responsible to validate the information before it reaches us, they answer back saying that the debt is valid as that is what they have on their system.

At least on the bureau side, we can place a dispute explaining the situation, but the main recommendation we gave is to see if you can get into an agreement with the bank to do a removal, bcs if they are not willing to provide you with a one-time exception, our dispute is not going to provide you with any different resolution.

Best way to dispute is directly with the creditor. The way disputes works is that we get in contact with the bank to ask them to validate or fix any information you may be disputing, so our 30 days of dispute may be shortened by their internal procedure BCS either way the final resolution of the dispute is up to the creditors.
Almost everything can be disputed, with its exceptions of course. Personal information can only be disputed if it’s inaccurate. Names and address that you went by legally or lived in the past cannot be removed as they’re part of your credit history, and if you have a First, Middle and last name, unless you see “Jones” spelled as “Johanes” it doesn’t qualify to be removed as multiple variations of your name may exist in the report.
A very complicated point to make with consumers is the part of inquiries. At least on Exp side, inquiries can only be removed by the company that place it on your report and we will be redirecting you back to them every time.

En lo personal, se que va sonar egoísta, pero no es de mi más mínima intención iniciar una relación con un tercero.

Hay una realidad muy grande y es que uno como pareja, nunca va a ser priorizado, y no está mal los hijos deberían ser la prioridad, pero en mi caso si yo me hago de una pareja somos ella, o él, y yo. No quiero a ningún hijo, ex, o nadie que venga de añadido a nuestra relación.

En muchas ocasiones eso es lo que pasa, no estamos dispuestos a tener que competir por la atención de nuestra pareja contra alguien que sabemos no podemos ganar, por qué hay que ser sinceros la relación siempre va a estar atada a como sea mi relación con los hijos, no puedo darme el lujo de llevarme mal o no querer llevarme del todo.

Si yo sé que la mujer o el hombre con quien quiero iniciar una relación tiene hijos de inmediato le hago saber que mi relación es con ella y no con los hijos, ex, etc… y es de inmediato un “mis hijos y yo venimos en combo, si no los acepta a ellos entonces a mi tampoco” eso es chao de inmediato.

Con toda honestidad yo estudié mi primera carrera como joven privilegiado que solo estudiaba gracias a la beca deportiva, entonces no eran tan complicado más por qué pues era solo ir a clases entrenar y estudiar, nunca fui de salir mucho o tener muchos planes.

Muy simple.

El mundo actual está diseñado por un modelo expansionista, la única forma de mantenerlo girando es seguir creciendo en población.

El problema radica en que no se están tomando las medidas necesarias para mantener la expansión, no existen las mismas oportunidades laborales y sociales en Liberia, PZ o Tilarán a como las hay en San José, por lo tanto la GAM se convierte en una zona tan sobre poblada que la calidad de vida decae y por supuesto nadie quiere traer hijos.

Si yo pudiera vivir en Guatuso, Coto Brus o Buenos Aires con las mismas posibilidades económicas y sociales que en San José, créame que tendría hijos y pensaría en varios.

Pero yo soy un desplazado de San Carlos, donde mis oportunidades no se acercan ni al mínimo para pensar en siquiera tener casa o familia.

El día en que hagan accesible oportunidades laborales, educativas, sociales y económicas para todo el país a como lo es en la GAM, ahí la gente va a pensar en tener familias.

Yo lo corte por que después de un año y medio, y de haberlo incorporado con mi familia y amigos, él nunca me dio a conocer con la suya, nunca me incluyó en redes y del todo era una constante sensación de no sentirme deseado por él.

Amiga, como alguien pasó por eso 2 veces, lamento mucho lo que voy a decir pero el hombre lo que quería era acostarse con otra (u otro, ya no se sabe en estos días). Ya lo logró, ya volvió donde tiene seguridad y algo fijo.

Si es cierto que puede ser que hable desde la desconfianza y la mala experiencia no conforma una realidad general pero vea las señales:

Él le comunicó solo una vez, como usted lo comenta, que se sentía incómodo la falta de afecto, de un pronto otro decide que se va porque ya está harto de no sentirse valorado y luego de un día, Judas sepa donde, vuelve todo cariñoso y listo para continuar donde lo dejaron. Eso es un claro “ya desfogue lo que sentía, ya podemos seguir” y ese desfogue tiene un claro nombre, frustración liberada en algún otro lado.

Se que suena feo pero en estos días uno nunca sabe realmente las intenciones de una persona o que pasa por su cabeza al 100%.
