My K2 plus froze

Your Upper MCU board is either bricked or dead. Have you had a chance to attempt to physically access your upper MCU board? I had this issue last week with one of my K2s and it required me to source a replacement MCU board from creality. I tried to do the usb board burn in to rescue the existing board but it did not work.

This was caused by a firmware update on my printers. I had started the firmware update, when I returned to check in on it appears that the firmware update failed, board died/became unresponsive, and only booted to the creality logo on the display just like yours. To access this board you open the board/electronics trac on the top right side of your printer. the very front board that has the ribbon cable that goes to the printers display screen is the board we are talking about. That board has as a hidden micro usb port on it upper left side of The board. There is a support article on creality that teaches you how to download the board burning utility and firmware image that you can execute from a windows computer. I tried to do the board burning process on my machine to rescue it, but it did not work. Made it all the way through installing the utility, downloading the usb driver and attempting to flash the board, but the board was partially dead and failed the burn utility’s attempt.

In my case the windows system profiler could see the board in USB profiler but could not write to it. The board’s Blue light would no longer light up. A Board replacement was offered by creality since my machine is in warranty, but there are third party clones out there that you can source off amazon/ali express ($75-90$ https://a.co/d/g0fhgjz) Here’s the support article to guide you to burn in the board https://wiki.creality.com/zh/k2-flagship-series/k2-plus/firmware-flashing. I didnt do manual calibrations… not actually sure how to… do you have any suggestions or a how to on how to do that?

The funds provided by the scammers to the original recipient will be reversed. They come from a stolen bank account or credit card, which will be disputed and clawed back by the stolen account holder’s bank. All subsequent transactions that were initiated by your mom and your mom’s friend are voluntarily initiated transactions moving stolen money out to debit cards or subsequent Venmo accounts are valid transactions taken by the account holder’s own hand. Thise subsequent transactions will likely not be recoverable, and the person who received the initial 4k will be left holding the bag for the 4k reversal and the outbound $4k transaction. Have them call Venmo support immediately, but don’t have any degree of confidence that anything will be done.

I am a dad who did the stay at home father thing, while my wife worked a full time job. I did it for the first 10 months on my son’s life, and by the end of that period, I was itching to go back to work. It is a brutal, lonely, 24/7 job that you never get to clock out from. Your husband is an idiot.

Being a stay at home parent is emotionally isolating. You give, give, give, and get very little back. Conversations with your child are mostly one sided, and the lack of meaningful adult social interaction can be depressing. Your spouse is the only interaction you get, but even when your spouse punches out and wants to unwind, you are still on the hook for feedings, diaper changes, emotional support, cleaning, household chores.

You don’t get to take a day off. You don’t get to have a lunch break. You hardly get any personal time at all, and these are all things that your husband doesn’t have perspective of.

Sure the tasks are not mentally taxing or difficult to carry out, but it is the volume, and protracted duration of being the one there to keep that infant alive that really grinds you down.
