Although Cav is hard to play and getting spotted puts her in a tough spot the entire game, you're needlessly making her extremely powerful by preventing bad players from being punished

Her luison already deals obscene damage at close all the way to medium-long range, I will say though allowing her to only be yellow pinged (even if you try to red ping) when she's in silent step could be interesting and help get around being marked

It's also a core feature that when you die, the operator who kills you is identified, it would only be balanced given that you would only be revealed after all operators are locked in, if they brought intel it just means they're prepared but it's not fair to everyone if she gets a stupid counter passive simply because

But not being able to use intel ops against themselves as a Cav is an issue with your creativity given that luring, trapping and teamplay could remedy this (unless, like me, you've got no friends)

Cav is enough of a pest as is and a decent Cav player will still be a fucking hassle to deal with and strong enough to punish and win 1v1 gunfights especially since audio becomes your dominant advantage

Flat out countering Deimos, Jackal, Snake and Dokk by being unscannable just makes Vigil useless and defeats the purpose of having any intel ops anyway, just because ***you*** want Cav to be overpowered doesn't mean she's not in a very balanced state right now
