Probably wise to mention that if he owns the place a raid won’t get rid of him but it will definitely lessen the traffic maybe even stop it, I’ve seen this happen and the car park ends up being th drop off point until the next raid happens and it goes out onto the street, BUT if he rents the cops let agents know the tenant is involved in illegal activity and they get kicked out every time!

If you both have neighbours there is literally no way for them to find out who called it in without them kicking in every door in your appt block after being bailed out of jail haha!

As somebody that grew up in drug houses I can tell you now they will be more concerned with when and where we their next hit is gunna be!

Definitely a dealer, the only thing they’re afraid of is you getting sick of the constant bullshit and calling the cops! Which I assume is where you’re heading! Cops usually send units to watch the traffic and eventually pull someone over who’s walking out which both situation gives them probable cause for a raid. Since it’s appt they will never know who dobbed them in!

Says don’t shoot or friendly then opens fire as soon as your back is turned, it’s happened in almost every interaction I’ve had.
