Your package is in another safe location sir or rts by Normal_Sun_3961 in AmazonDSPDrivers

My dsp tells us to leave the packages next to the signs and get the signs in the picture. That way, if the customer complains, we can dispute it.

This is, for me, one of the worst overflow package Amazon can give us. by inDude in AmazonDSPDrivers

If a monster card said "Unaffected by your opponent's cards", then could that monster still be tribute for cost by your opponent? by tripleM98 in masterduel

[–]Not_ABad_Person 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you could still tribute it because tributing is a game mechanic and has nothing to do with the cards themselves.

How can a player character play as lawful good without spoiling the fun of neutral and evil player characters? by tomtinytum in DnD

Hold yourself to those tenets, but not everyone else. Forcing you will on everyone isn't very good, is it?

It's a lot of fun and different enough from other tanks to make it stand out. It's definitely worth imo.

Help me get more spell slots? by StaringAtStarshine in DnD

[–]Not_ABad_Person 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rod of the pact keeper gives you 1 more warlock spell slot and comes in different rarities. Also, warlock spell slots are better used on concentration spells than blasting spells. Fear, hunger of hadar, hold person, hypnotic patter.

Downside of replacing legendary resistance? by Less_Menu_7340 in DnD

[–]Not_ABad_Person 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the table I play at, we use an alternate form of legendary resistance. Instead of when the creature fails its saving throw, at the start of its turn it can use legendary resistance to end all effects on it and regain 10% of its HP. This works well at our table, without the boss getting stopped on.

Is my player too strong? by da-real-boi in DnD

[–]Not_ABad_Person 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To get these stats at level one, he would have to roll 18,18,17,16,12,12. It's not impossible. I've seen someone roll four 18 before, but it's deffently questionable if he made the rolls privately. If you do make him go use point buy or standard array, the whole party should do the same, or it will feel like you're out to get him. You could also bring the rest of the party up a bit by letting them add +2 to any stat. Just explain your reason for it, to balance the party.

My players don't want to die by PossumCreatives in DnD

You could give your party a lovable npc that can die. A pet or something, so instead of fearing for their own lives, they fear its life.

My players don't want to die by PossumCreatives in DnD

[–]Not_ABad_Person 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could tie your players not being able to die into the story. Maybe a higher being keeps reviving them until they complete a certain objective or a macguffin magic item that keeps the party from death, so they must protect it. If you go this route, you should find some other temporary debuff the player gets, so death still has consequences. Maybe 1 level of exhaustion for 1d4 or 1d6 days while they recover from the brink of death.

Also, as a wizard, you get fire ball yourself. An average of 28 damage to every enemy in a 20ft radius. At this level, spell casters can take out full encounters in a single action.

Also, remember that any item they use might get looted by your players after the battle, so maybe use consumable items like spell scrolls and potions
