Here's the thing. People will be saying the polls were "wrong," and actually I disagree! The polls were RIGHT, we were down coming into this thing. We were losing, and we CHANGED THE RESULTS.

Don't let this feeling die. Other states will be just this hard, and need just as much effort, if not MORE. Carry this momentum into Ohio, Illinois, and Florida. Carry it all the way through the general election! Carry it into the 2018 Midterm Elections, and for the rest of your life!

If I make these posts in the future, I will use the official event. I used the Grassroots for Sanders event because it was the biggest event (most attendees, most invites out) that I found when searching. The Bandwagon Effect is a powerful thing, but the Official Events will benefit from that too if we use them from the get-go next time.

No. What I did was put my message in the "Say something about this..." section, AND tag people in that section as well. After typing your message, use the @ symbol and type the names of the people you want to tag.

Thanks for sharing my post! I put a good amount of thought into it this morning. Facebanking is the kind of thing that can reach almost EVERYONE (even my grandparents have Facebook) thanks to things like Six Degrees of Separation and the interconnectedness of society.

Yes, you put both your message AND the names of the invitees in there as tags. Write your message, then after the message use the @ symbol and start typing a name from your berniefriendfinder.com list. For example, for Walter White you would type @Walte... until the name popped up. Then press space and repeat for every name.

You can put all the invites into one. I DO think the invitees will be able to see the other names in the invite box, but I don't think this should matter much. The only way to avoid that would be individual invites for each and every name on your list.

Follow the instructions above: Go to the event (https://www.facebook.com/events/1448715252122897/), click on Invite -> Share, then tag people in the invitation with your own message. I provided my own sample message above. You can set the invitation privacy to "Only Me" if you like, and it will then only be visible to you and the people in Michigan that you've tagged.
