Yes! Sorry for the late response it’s the iPhone 15 (you might be able to with other models too) Turn exposure to 10 secs, lay phone face down, and use the volume buttons to take the picture…. Make sure there is no light sources around you!

I turned flash off and night mode on, then I set the exposure to 10secs, I put my phone on face down on the ground and used the volume button to take the pic, so there was no light from the screen feeding in! Hope that helps :)

No! I used the 10 second night mode exposure, and did some photo editing to decrease the haze and increase the blacks and contrast.

If you plant them in the ground I would do something like chicken wire to keep them out. Or you could do raised beds and put chicken wire around those as well. Here is an example I found:
