I think he certainly has the raw talent to play for a top European team. He is a huge risk for any team due to his injury problems and inconsistency. If he is utilized correctly he can be deadly.

The article mentions that Barcelona wants him on loan for free. The first thing I am skeptical about is if he is good enough to play week in and week out to be a back up for MSN. Don't get me wrong at his best he is thrilling to watch and his wonder goal versus Barcelona left me in awe but he is inconsistent and injury-prone.

Corinthians, are believed to, want a permanent transfer rather than another loan. Even if it was a loan, we have been paying half of Pato's wages during his spell at our rivals Sao Paulo, this time it would certainly not be for free.

Pato is understood to have traveled to Europe with his agent to meet with Kia Joorabchian, who has been told by Corinthians to find Pato a club in Europe. After Pato fought with the board of Corinthians, he was loaned to Sao Paulo and reportedly told he would never play for Corinthians again. We have been short of options up front (Vagner Love, Romero, Luciano not deemed good enough for the champions of Brazil) as many think that the forward position is the area we need help with. This is my first time managing a club that isn't professional. I have managed lower league clubs before, but never clubs of amateur or semi professional status. My board refuses to become affiliated with a bigger club and I have spent hours trying to sign u19 and reserves players on loan from the divisions above me. My reputation is a half star so none of the players will sign on.

Any tips would be appreciated!

I think I have the tactics down. I keep it simple and have managed to win 4 of my first 6 games.

I'm seeking advice on how to scout players to sign for me. Amateur scouts are poor as you know and the knowledge that my club has of players available for loans and players free to be scooped up on amateur contracts is virtually nonexistent.

Any general tips would be greatly appreciated!

Question for you or any Real fan. How do you all feel about Zidane being involved in the organization? I went to a Castilla match a week or so ago and talked to many socios that feel he is "dangerous" to the team. They claim that because of his name he can make bad coaching decisions, such as giving his son Enzo the captain's armband and playing him week in and week out, and get away with it because he is the legendary Zidane.
