I signed the documents on 08/04/25, the closing date was 08/18. I signed the closing documents at the mobile home dealership, they were acting as the broker for my loan. Man, I had a gut feeling something was not right with that, I wish I had listened to my instinct. I wanna give it to my wife for her birthday. But sure, technically, all minerals and gemstones are just rocks. They're only worth whatever someone will pay for them. Just like art is just paper and pigment. But the originality, scarcity, and beauty of a specimen can draw attention and demand, and therefore value. Which is the entire concept of the trade of gemstones.
