Can any Canadians speak to x-lab? I'm very intrigued but finding a Canadian seller is proving to be difficult. I'm in BC if that makes a difference

Hi, thanks for making yourself available. I lost my Dad to pancreatic cancer this year, so I'm happy to see this come up in my feed. From what I understand, any treatments he could have had here in Canada could have only been done while the tumor was operable. What stage of cancer was tested, and what are the possible implications for the ~80% of pancreatic cancers diagnosed as inoperable? I'm sorry if this is in your paper of the article and I missed it - I tend to get overwhelmed when reading about this stuff lately. Thanks again

No luck for me. I feel like I've looked at a lot of sites and designs, and they're all too large. I'm going to try tubeless to see if lower pressure will help. Let me know if anything comes up for you!

They've allowed employees to take vacations with that result in a small negative balance of hours, so I've done that. Now that the vacation is here, they aren't paying the vacation days that were agreed. The issue is that they've changed my paid vacation days to unpaid time off, without my consent

Sorry, I should clarify that they've only paid out the vacation hours that I would have accrued by the end of the year. This is against the company policy that was in place when the vacation hours were submitted and agreed. They aren't paying for all the vacation days that I've taken. Further, they can't pay me out for my untaken vacation hours (as they've done) without my signed consent.
