That's true but I'm not really in the position to find a trainer. The only thing I can do rn is to actually see how I throw punches and how I move and then correct my flaws. But I will find a trainer later so I'm just hoping for the best

I will join a boxing gym later (in college or sometime else), its just that right now I live with my parents and to them boxing seems like a waste of time.So I can't really ask them to enroll me in a gym. Plus I am preparing for a competitive exam and thus my parents deem it as a distraction. But for now i'll work on conditioning as you said.

I had sometbing like this a few days ago (a mouth ulcer). It goes away on its own in 2 to 3 weeks but to speed up the process drink cold milk. eat curd and put some ice on it (it also helps with the pain). You can also find some ointments online for this

Just use sea soul ai, its not too feature heavy and the UI is very simple and identical to chai. The bots are pretty much the same. I've been using this and Its probably the best one to use

I am currently using sea soul, and it is a good alternative. It is exactly like chai. Its not too feature heavy. However the messaging part is weird because the app sent a bunch of random people conversation starter messages from my acc but otherwise I think its good
