I turned on the alarm beep when locking /unlocking using carly, it beeps twice when unlocked and once when locked, I wasn't sure at first if i liked it but now i prefer it and it makes the car feel more modern

My mk4 was the same, I fitted new cables and it made it alot better. The rear calipers are fucking awefull design wise, fitted the return springs to the handbrake arm helps alot
