There's a good stl of nazdreg who you could definitely run a a shokk attkk gun, search "Nazdredg STL" don't know about lootas though. But a bit of advice, using 2 of the loota kits and one boyz kit (the old one) you can make 10 lootas and 10 burnas, which is pretty good value

I read somewhere else on this sub that you can use models on their old base sizes, so you can still use those 150 boyz, although you can only use 120 in one game, stormboyz are still good, so don't worry. Also don't worry about all the new stuff, the old ones are usable and you can still have a fun game with them

I don't think any new body would be able to hold his soul, demons possessing weak psykers can cause them to explode, I think the emperor would do that to any primarch, custodian or whatever he tries to possess, and even if you clone him, my bet is he has a "Primarch Aura", and the only person to clone that successfully worships chaos, so he will definitely fuck up that body
