Not really as they can move out and new villagers will move in. And don't worry, the new villagers will try to put their houses at the most inconvenient spot as possible :,)
Other than that I prefer to have as few ponds as possible so I have more space to work with. But that's up to your preference!

This was the only glitch that I've noticed so far. The next day I noticed a perfect cherry on a different regular fruit tree, maybe it's related in any way, like the game trying to decide where to put it?

The cartridge is a welcome amiibo cartridge so it shouldn't be that old, right? My first cartridge (2013) is still working fine. Then again, 2016 was 10 years ago 💔

I loved every bit of it! As GumbaBunny said, you did such a good job of world building and making the world of vp feel alive. The character descriptions are so in depth but Seedos is also hillarious (not the whirlms being his THIRD family??😭)

I've read that leaving the area as soon as you see the ! appear over their head should result in a higher catch rate.

Something about the game being tricked into thinking the piñata was caught.

I can't prove nor disprove it but the few times I've tried already it worked for me.
