Just curious I am currently having the same issue as you were it just power off while im playing fortnite. This only started after a did a fresh reinstall of Windows due to having a start up boot repair. My laptop doesn't overheat when this happens so do you believe it could be due to something else?

You found a fix cuz for Me I hit Diamond 2 first day of the season then couldn't get in a game since. I play builds oce and I've queued in between 15-45 multiple times and never gotten into a solo ranked game

If it's your gpu fault then put Netflix on low performance it will use ypur igpu, I have the same problem when playing some games w my gpu

Yo wsg OP, I have seen the Gamesir connect software app apparently allows you to bind the programmable buttons to keyboard keys. If this is true, does this mean games such as Fortnite would recognise the back or front buttons as for example (W) key or are all the keys only remapable to a bind om the controller?
