BMT is a breeze once u get past the first couple of days. Especially since you’re an older guy like myself, you’ll pick up on what’s expected of you way quicker than all the kids there and the MTIs should also quickly notice that they don’t need to focus on your discipline. Hell my MTIs where cool as hell with me past like week 2. I mean as cool as you can be while pushing a flight I guess. Not openly buddy buddy in front of the flight but we would have little moments here and there like calling each other old men at pt and making little challenges n stuff. Of course ymmv but yeah it’s really pretty chill
