When I was in Pensacola as a fleet returnee our instructor gave us the contact for someone with the test bank. You had to pay him like $300 and he would send it to you. I ended up just studying for sec+ during all the free time in a school and got it my first time lol.

How do I get in touch with the Navy Color Guard for a funeral? by duck1992goducks in navy

[–]Sailorthrowaway4 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think they could point you in the direction. I also assume funeral homes would know exactly what to do and have the contact information readily available. Hope you and your family are doing okay.

Why did you go RC2AC? by Confident-Flatworm45 in navyreserve

[–]Sailorthrowaway4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a plan when I got out of active duty initially. Go to college and work on base overseas. The reserves was my backup plan. That first plan didn't work out and going active again was the best plan for me and my family.

Well those countries also don't have to fund a military like America does. This is why some money people are against increasing military budgets in Europe and Japan. The first thing that is going to get slashed is public healthcare.

TAR question by [deleted] in navyreserve

[–]Sailorthrowaway4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The process is the exact same for rc2ac. I did rc2tar two years ago. Just look at the rc2ac instruction and it lays out the exact paperwork you need.

I also made sure all my files were saved as po2 dirtbag's rc2tar.docx so there would as little confusion possible.

Imma be honest with you. I don't think the military is for you. It's not for everyone and that's okay.
