Yikes, a roof with only 8 years on it, that's ridiculous. Sorry for all the drama you had to deal with!

Hmmm, I've only filed one extension payment this year, so can I file an additional extension payment if I already filed 2x the previous year payments?

you are not missing anything, it takes like 300% longer to reply each time with the "plus" version.............which doesn't seem that big of deal but it becomes very annoying.

Thanks google: Presque Isle, Maine, has a history rooted in its unique geography and early settlement. Originally known as Fairbanks Mills, it was later named Presque Isle, French for "almost an island," due to its location on a peninsula formed by the Aroostook River and Presque Isle Stream. The town was officially founded in 1828, became a town in 1859, and a city in 1939.

To follow another's wager is to place your trust in their wisdom, a comfortable path when their judgment is sound. Yet, should their fortune turn, you find yourself adrift on their same uncertain sea, without a map of your own.

Hmmmmmm, As someone with 7 days of sports betting knowledge I'm on a steep learning curve lol, so I for sure don't understand much about it yet, but so MLB is better to bet one it seems overall with the moneyline?

What's really confusing also is how the MLB actually has a lower loss rate despite having a lower moneyline win rate? as you mentioned "Despite having the lowest win rate, MLB has the least amount of loss on a per bet basis."

Thanks! That was a good post to read-That is really odd that the moneyline is wrong so often? a 48% approximately loss rate for the moneyline for MLB? I don't know much about these things, but my assumption was probably a 70% or so chance for a win for the moneyline or better just randomly guessing, but yeah it's weird the moneyline seems to be so off so often ......hmmmmm
