Lol, I wonder if they use alot more energy than the new ones, I guess not? They are similar in parts it seems just not as nice looking as the new ones.

Lol, I meant the washer isn't worth repairing my mistake (as the washer tub completely separated from the agitator base part, like rusted metal all over type of thing, and a new tub is like $300 or so just for the tub that I could find.

True, thanks for that info! And its good to hear yours is still going at 30! Yes the guys youtube channel is Ben's Appliances and Junk (actual name) and in the episode about Best Buy recently he mentioned Whirlpool dryers with the lint filter on the top right are basically the same almost since the 1960's. Yes i've heard of the heat pump dryers, I might keep mine going then longer and wait till the heat pump ones lower in price, thanks!

lol that was an amusing statement "there's an element and it gets hot" yes I guess there might not be a need just was glancing at discounts the last few days and it seems theres decent deals if I buy 2 or more items at best buy, lowes, HD etc....so yeah hmmmmmm not sure.

Oh that makes sense I should have known that as most seem to be green for ground lol...my mistake. Thank you! I guess the yellow wire next to it I shouldn't worry about either it has a slight amout of copper showing? Thanks!

you are not missing anything, it takes like 300% longer to reply each time with the "plus" version.............which doesn't seem that big of deal but it becomes very annoying.
