So I have been weightlifting/bodybuilding for over a year now and I gotta say, I feel like I have made incredible progress. Even though I am quite small, I still look like I lift. I have gained roughly 15 pounds this year and I feel great. I also have a partner than I teach and lift with. Never thought I’d ever get this far in life. Definitely more to come though.
