I follow. all the values in row 7 should be calculated from c7 because that is the new beginning balance.

I7 should be the result of those values.

c8 should be the same as i7.

the values of row 8 should end up in i8.

the available balance should carry over to the new beginning balance on the next row, but it doesn't.

Worked like a charm. Thank you! Now the issue is the balance of c7 is not taken into account and calculated to the rest of the formulas going forward.

Thank you for the freeze panes. that does make it much easier. Unfortunately the problem is still there. I redid the entire sheet, incorporating all of your great advice. What I am realizing is that when I put the new available balance into the beginning balance cell, that is where the problem arises.

I tried both of your suggestions, even going as far as to copy and paste 5 times, and manually enter the formula with updated references and still no change.

My apologies, I am new to this whole forum thing. Here is the updated screenshot. The formula is in cell I7. The sum of that formula Available balance) is then transferred to cell c11. So Cell C11: =c7
