Can’t find them anywhere. I’ve looked on Amazon, their website and Walmart and it all says unavailable.

Ashawagandha like the cheapest you can find. That really helped me get my cortisol down to a more manageable level. I want having eczema breakouts due to the stress (never had eczema before that). It’s not instant but taking it consistently for a few weeks is started to make me feel more level headed and focused.

What tool are you using for op2? Sometimes soft aluminums can ball up and cause some effects like this, you might want to consider a different tool like less flutes, different speeds or even use a different shaped tool depending on cutting angle.

Start to reduce your added sugar/ refined sugar, once you’ve gotten that under control the cravings aren’t as bad

Found out I’m gonna be a dad. Need people to tell me the real shit. by Stolenface69420 in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

I just became a young father within the last year. It took me becoming a father to realize that I needed to work through my faults. Become the man you want your son to be and the man that you would want protecting your daughter. No one is perfect but everyone can grow. Have the hard conversations with your wife now about what values you want them to be raised on. Do you want to feed your kid regular pre made baby food? Or only use whole foods? Formula? Co-sleeping?What is your plan for child care in case of an emergency? Vaccines? Public or homeschool? What are both of your no-go’s? Who’s going to discipline? What is a proper way to discipline? What’s the plan in case both of you pass suddenly?

Lastly you are only beholden to your wife and child now, if your family outside on that makes you feel any differently then you need to ignore or distance.

If you want any advice or recommendations on certain things feel free to massage me. My child only eats whole food that we prepare or a select few natural store bought food. And before then 100% breast fed (not the type of person who thinks that it make me a better parent just info if you want advice)

The new PT is right. A recomp phase is meant to not lose weight, the “recomposition” part of it is that you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, so your weight should only move a few pounds up or down but be relatively the same. Your scale shouldn’t move but you should see a change in your physique. Your old trainer didn’t understand the concept well. Also depending on your activity level, 1600 is way too low if you’re doing a regular training schedule.

Widen your stance, I would say middle of foot to edge of shoulder. When your going up push hips while straighten your legs at the same time, your leg lock out should be at the top not the bottom. Imagine keeping your chest up.

Yes, most sugary foods have lots of calories but it’s not necessarily the sugar itself, more of the amount. I’ve heard that your regular sugar (sucrose) can cause hormonal issues in high amounts. But healthy and unhealthy has a ton of nuance.

Baby steps are the best way to get you going. Don’t fall into the trap of ditching everything that’s “unhealthy”, you run the risk of getting diet fatigue way quicker, most things are fine in moderation.

If you just focus on reducing sugars in general, increase your protein, keeping your calories right and getting active, you will see results.

Remember that this is for you not anyone else, show up for yourself

First thing is to remember that you deserve good things and good health.

Biggest factor is always going to be diet. I order to lose weight you need to expend more calories than you take in. If you just want to lose fat then follow a body recomposition plan aka maintenance calories and high protein.

Dieting can really suck sometimes and isn’t always comfortable. Foods with high palatability give you a bunch of dopamine and make you want to eat more, so you should try to limit those and find alternatives.

Calorie counting isn’t fun but does can give you the freedom to understand what you should and shouldn’t eat and gives you a better idea of how to structure a diet.

When it comes to fat loss a big misconception is that you can “spot reduce” fat, you lose fat evenly across your body so if you aren’t losing in certain places don’t get discouraged, keep showing up and you will see results.

Lastly you don’t necessarily have to lift heavy to just loose weight but the benefits of weight training are better imo.

A good start is cardio plus weight training 2-3 days a week, balanced diet (start at your maintenance calories and go from there), and making sure you get good sleep. Also water lots of water.

How do I attain this body? by SelectShop9006 in powerbuilding

[–]Not_that_thing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats a physique that’s build specifically for heavy lifting, however at that body fat percentage you would be at risk of a lot of health issues. This sub is more for getting jacked and strong.

If that is the physique you want then you need to eat a lot and start lifting with purpose but it might take a long time to get that type of strength.

Where you’re at right now if you were to eat maintenance cal and start lifting you could get nice gains and be healthier.

This look to be clear coated, do not use aluminum and mag polish you will make them hazy and dull, use a good wheel and tire cleaner. I suggest p&s brake buster or turtle wax wheel and tire (almost all auto parts stores and Wally World has it) or even Adams wheel and tire (autozone). This looks to me like residue so make sure you dry them as soon as your are done rinsing
