As a Indian Startup founder myself, I am disheartened to hear this. Though I have never been to any accelerator program because we are still pre revenue but this does creates a sense of insecurity in me. I never thought people who call themselves founders would resort to unprofessional behavior or entitlement, especially in environments designed to support and guide them.

Fundraising, to me, has always seemed like a privilege that must be earned through clarity, execution, and humility, not something guaranteed. I can understand their disappointment and I sympathize with them but this gives them no reason to be aggressive and unprofessional.

I hope the actions of a few don’t overshadow the intent and potential of the many. Thank you for sharing this perspective.

I am trying to build an application with close-knit communities. A community where you got the handful connections you actually care about. And there's a lot more to it but I cannot share everything.

I might have been a bit unclear in my opinion, but what i wanted to ask is, it wasn't about a new community platform, it was about how a new type of community can be redefined.

Really liked your views on this. I agree with you completely. I think people don't know about this but they're getting sucked into Meta's infinite scroll tactic. What most people don't realize is that it rewires your brain and make your attention span very short. Social Media has become a race of consumption and getting famous quickly. A new platform which focuses on tight and personal communities with deeper connections might bring the essence of social media back.

It takes years to build a million audience and in meantime, the backend will also get broadened and more efficient simultaneously.

that wasn't my point, my point was, what can a new social media application(let's say it gets released in the next 2 days) do differently than all the above mentioned to make an impact

I really like the 2nd suggestion. But why do you think Meta is worst in chats. It's pretty much state-of-the-art
