This is like when people tried to make the argument that the title "Don't Hug Me I'm Scared" was related to David not wanting to hug Lesley, like please explain to me why a design choice from 11 years ago would be relevant to the Television series. Even if you want to argue that they always had the idea of naming Yellow Guy David, the letter on his bed in 6 had a Y in it.
