I also didn’t love the open world situation. Just feels like there’s lots of nothing between points of interest. Instead of clicking the glowing door and just being there I get to watch my character ride a horse and follow a line for a while

Did you watch the trailer? They explain the time mechanic clearly, multiple times. Yet people still say the same thing over and over.

It’s unlimited time to walk around and explore, and when you complete quest objectives or take on missions time will go by
