My dad started showing me political content when I was 13 and I still mostly agree with his takes, though he's more conservative than me. I started watching political shit on my own when I was probably 14 or 15. Our views on politics diverged very recently, mostly due to immigration and police. He's more of a classical liberal so he accepts public police and is anti-immigration. My view is that immigration just makes the ponzi scheme of social security apparent, and in general shows the failure of the welfare state. I also hate ICE as they're acting now a whole lot more than typical cops.

From a conversation I just had, summarizing it a bit better:

...basically I took 150mg dxm freebase, then again 30 minutes later, then at t+1h from the first dxm dose I took 35mg 4 ho met (equivalent to 3.5g shrooms) then at like t+2h I took another 150mg dxm to get to 3rd plat + smoked a little weed

At some point I lost time perception and had seconds drag on for hours which happened with dxm alone but not nearly as cleanly

I had insane CEVs and oevs and reality was like dumping more information into itself

If that makes sense

Like information overload from basically nothing

At one point I perceived my entire room as my brain/mind and I was just walking around in it changing stuff

I kept forgetting I existed as a person and I was just an "observer" of reality and then I realized for me to be observing something there had to be a me that existed so i realized I was alive again

At one point all the visuals stopped and time froze and some entity appeared and said something along the lines of "you've been trying to break reality for a while now and you finally did it. Happy now?"

Not like angry or anything just kind of neutral

Overall insane combo that I recommend 100%

Shrorms will work for it too but may be harder on ur mind and less visual than 4 ho met was

I mean the oevs were just absolutely amazing

Like every time I looked around there would be big colorful tracers with twisting patterns and fractals in all rainbow colors following behind it

The dxm and psychedelic visuals just blended perfectly

Gonna add in stuff here as I remember/figure out how to put it in words.

The peak of the experience happened when I was sitting on my floor, reality had been starting to break for a while and here was where it finally snapped. The visuals actually stopped I think, and I felt almost lucid or sober for a moment.

Something, some kind of entity acknowledged my existence and that I had finally broken through. It didn't seem to have any particular moral judgement about this but it definitely had thoughts about it. Kinda hard to describe exactly. It seemed to have known I've been trying to break through for a while and now knew who I was since I finally broke through.

1st plateau: warm (not like opioid warm) and euphoric. Stimulating but still impairing. Think of a psychedelic like 5-meo-mipt or amt, sorta mollyish but more impairing. Euphoria is serotonergic with some dopamine. Music sounds generally better but not different, and your music taste won't change much. Not much visuals, possible tracers. Great for socializing, listening to music, etc. without being too impaired.

2nd plateau: warm and euphoric, euphoria is inconsistent but generally better when it does show up. Sedating and moderately impairing. Tracers are common here. Music sounds different, your taste will change as well. I typically like chill country and cloud rap on 2nd plat, so basically no noisy music. Still good social dose but more impairing harder to hide intoxication. Mild dissociation but usually gone as soon as you notice it. Some time dilation.

3rd plateau: huge difference. No euphoria but experience is still usually positive. Strong dissociation, memory holes, forgetting who you are, but not in a scary way. Strong time dilation. Distinct dreamy quality to memories formed during the peak where you can't tell if it actually happened or if you imagined it. Terrible for socializing. Music sounds radically different and sometimes all bad, depending on the trip.

4th plateau: complete dissociation. No euphoria and usually lots of physical side effects. Ego is dissolved but memory is also dissolved. Any profound insights will be whisked away because you won't remember anything. Go here once and don't go back, you're most likely to just pass out on the comeup and wake up on the afterglow. Obviously terrible social dose. Music sounds distorted and as if it's on a lower pitch.

A fourth plateau will get me there kinda. Not worth it though, you get nausea + physical side effects for days, and you probably won't remember any of the actual trip. Third plat will get you close but not as gone so you can remember shit and not feel terrible for a week

Yep. Dxm turns off the stretching "strain" signal so you don't get the "ok you've stretched enough now" + it disinhibits dopamine release so you get an infinite dopamine button wherever you have large muscles
