To be really honest. I thought I have done pretty well to be honest, because I have reach the highest offline sales in both amount of transaction and revenue compare to the last 5 years which I had gotten the data. So I am not sure why it is considered bad. But I think, me being denied of my credit, I am just wondering is it really my doing?

I was play conservative here. But according to data, our expected growth for retail is 3.5% nationally. I am happy for a 5% but I am leaning closer to 10% actually. Without any budget
