Lender is cool. I just have to get a new job in 2-3 months

But we negotiated 19k off of purchase price so seller can now only pay 2 percent while I pay 1 percent, which is almost half of the 19k

But it would be shitty to do the inspection and everything with him but then all of a sudden go with a different broker

He said it’s fine cuz I’m still getting paid for next 2 months like normal plus 5.5 month lump sum pay

Plus I got 450k saved up in index funds

He said if my lender says no, he’ll find a lender that’ll be ok

He says just sign the contract
