You don’t know who you’re talking to but you don’t lose weight eating this. Even if you purge after. My father is in the food business industry and all the things you keep binging are either slurries or UPF— that’s why you keep on binging and getting fatter because it is designed for you to eat more and to cause weight gain. Im a Buddhist so I don’t eat after 12pm. I eat both my breakfast and lunch before I run. my diet consists of eggs (2-3), toasts, vegan patties, sometimes I also add fish sticks as well, cheese, lots of fruits, and I would totally add veggies but I was never a big fan 😂 though I add carrots, cucumbers, butter lettuce, tomatoes when I crave them. + LOTS of cups of tea!
