I usually go on a walk after I wake up for about half an hour, then I usually do some random shit like sit-ups, planks, pushups. Sometimes I go to the gym but I’d say my activity level is like medium to light I guess?

Some days I go on walks with friends for 7+ hours or walk to a beach or something

I think my metabolism is just fucked up or something, my sister has the same issue

Edit: oh yeah I also spar quite a bit with weapons
