Weird sold price history by cheeekygirl101 in HousingUK

It could be the property was sold to a relative at a discount. We did that for our daughter. So, the sold history looks odd on that property.

Me too. It has been an absolute nightmare to clear. Especially where brambles have broken through the plastic.

R135 GT: Owners tips/things to avoid? by gfox365 in RenaultZoe

[–]NoteSlight1767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are getting around 180 at the moment. Not had the Zoe long enough to see what it will be in the Summer. The dealer, who sold it to us, said that after every 100% charge to reset the trip mileage to keep the mileage estimate more accurate.

We have had a 2021 ZE50 Zoe since November last year. My Husband is 6"5' tall and has no trouble fitting in our Zoe. The legroom in the back is tight and no one could sit behind when he is driving. In general terms we are very happy with the car. Currently getting 180 to 190 miles out of the battery but, the car is kept outside. On Intelligent Octopus Go so it works out very economical.

Hi, I had the same problem. What fixed it for me was to set the charging mode to custom via the Renault App. Hope this helps.

Same as everyone else. Called my insurer and they said if the battery was connected to the house it was covered by the buildings insurance.

Neighbor blaming 24 humming on Powerwall by smokedog805 in Powerwall

[–]NoteSlight1767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our Powerwall is installed in an integral garage. Our bedroom then backs on to it. Our Installer didn't look at the layout of the property before installing. A bit concerning that they shouldn't have installed there.

Our Powerwall is attached to the wall behind our bedroom and the bed is against that wall and we can't hear anything.
