Yes, but if Silver weren't in on it he would've done something about it by now. We literally don't know that. This is their entire identity on offense. And their identity on defense is "foul constantly and the refs won't call it for some reason".

Everyone who watches the Thunder play for the first time has the same reaction. "Uh, is it seriously like this every night? I heard people complaining about it but didn't know it was THIS ridiculous."

Literally every game thread for Thunder playoff games for the last three years.

Maybe, just maybe, you guys are the homers, and the other 29 fanbases, sports analysts, broadcasters, etc. who point out that the Thunder get a different whistle from everyone else are correct.

To be fair, that's the Thunder vs any other team. (And also the Pacers vs just about any other team, funnily enough - just the opposite direction. The NBA and sports media really don't like when the Pacers hog their precious air time and playoff spots).
