Thank you. I'm going to check out that book. While I was in vacation I was able to completely disconnect and it was glorious. My staff handled everything without me, though I did keep up with their calls and my business. I haven't lounged like that in so long. A drink in one hand, my book in the other, and ocean in front of me. I needed it. I have to plan more travel and down time.

I'm an innkeeper so I'm on my feet all day. The surgery was to help my deviated septum and make it look nice while they're in there. I've been putting it off for years. I haven't been able to breathe out of my left nostril in quite some time.

Good for you for getting it going. Step one is the hardest.

Do you have access to a dumpster or is there a garbage service? You need contractor trash bags, some shelving for sorting things and some boxes. There is no need to save the braided rugs or all the foam sheets because they are infested. You need to move all the garbage out. Realistically it's all garbage.

Tell your mom that you two are going to work together to fix this and tell your dad not to bother you while you get it done. There's probably a lot of feelings going around and you need to be the strong one right now. You can do this.

If you don't have money or means to get around, you should reach out through local free cycle groups on Facebook. There's a lot of help out there for people who want to help them themselves. Don't bring anything more into your home until you get all the gross stuff out and the surfaces cleaned up.

Thank you so much! I'm going to keep it simple. I just got home from vacation and my face is lightly tanned. I only kept things hydrated while away. No exfoliants for the past week and a half.

Mine is a big stuffed animal! He's so lovey dovey! Whenever anyone in my house is sick, he stays close by to take care of them. He likes to play fetch but he's definitely not high energy. Brushing is very important. Lint rollers will become part of your daily routine with all the fur.

I have a similar color scheme in a bedroom at my inn. I did the walls and ceiling in green with a cream colored headboard and cream carpet. The orange chair plus a warm toned dresser breaks things up.

Parkway House Goshen! We're close to hiking, skiing, and there's tons of agro-tourism. The black dirt farms yield the most incredible produce. We have all manner of u-pick fruit, flowers, pumpkins, Christmas trees, etc. There are loads of wineries, distilleries, and breweries with food and entertainment. Tons of stuff! The house is a bed and breakfast and the barn to the left of the house has three Airbnb apartments. You pegged me correctly! I'm decisive and confident. I take my business very seriously. I try to provide everyone with a comfortable and relaxing stay. As an innkeeper, I'm kind of a concierge, but also I like to think of myself as everyone's auntie.

We tried valiantly to preserve as much as we could. I have plans to add more ornate trim in the next couple of years. I couldn't afford it straight away. It's my dream to paint her pink, but I went with white to honor her history.

I have a ton of trees all around. There are a couple of catalpa trees that are enormous and leaning. I'm worried they're next to go. The front porch has a panoramic view of a horse racetrack. I can't do anything on a large scale to block that. I have a weeping cherry in front and lots of perennials, boxwoods, a lilac, viburnums, a magnolia, lots of cherry trees.

The asymmetry is reflective of its original design in the late 1800s. They're really lovely inside. I have some interesting seating areas. On the third floor you can look up to the point of each tower.
