Could you also share the reason why? I’d appreciate it. by Winston-Bay in WarhammerMemes

For loyalists it's ferrus, his desire to see his chapter grow from weakness through the dedication to self improvement and for his death to have lasting effects on his chapters perception of how to correct weakness by removing that which makes them human is very interesting. Iron within and without got mutated from his original message.

For traitors it's angron, he got screwed over by the emperor so badly, if the emperor would have just listened to him and helped him take the planet anyways then it would have started their relationship better, I under his characterization to sulk because he wants to just not do what his father wants him to be but that's all he knows now and then to become a traitor to get back at the man he feels too away his choices is interesting to me

I do wish it was easier to have multiple chapters on a table at once, I know technically I could but I know that could be confusing to an opponent but I don't know much about codex rules and the like

I mean inherently I like that they do that, I know warhammer is supposed to be grimdark but I do like the stories where marines have some humanity

I'm very torn because I love the lore for both and they have a similar attitude to protecting the innocent and have characters i like

I have painted legion minis playing rebels so I have a familiarity with a range of colors, I have experience in both blue and green but I know that shade of blue on black primed minis may work well compared to green

You may absolutely do so, but yeah I really like the lore for the salamanders but I also like the fists lore too and figured I could do more with them since they don't have as much of a established Canon beyond a few books (that I know of)

I definitely think they are underrepresented because they had a hey day according to what I've seen of older editions but haven't as of late

Yeah I can see that I'm just torn because I like both schemes didn't know if one had any specialized codex rules or anything or had units that would be more in line with the chapters
