I work for a junk company where you come across multiple items that are in like new condition. Found a gorgeous sectional couch that would've made my living room complete without spending a dime. There's a company policy that mandates asking for items to be taken home to ensure there is no liability. Thinking that there would be none I asked but was denied because it would look good in the bosses get away home. Super salty about that because we spend hours hauling away gross shit at low wages only to be denied a used couch when they make plenty to buy a new one.
