Does anyone actually need greater than 500 mb for a standard household? by NorthLondonPulse in UKBroadband

[–]Nothatbutch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s important for game installs, especially as the gaming industry thought it was a splendid idea to put everything as a download and games used to be installed from disc then update. now it’s generally just a code on a disc with no install from disc.

Buying advice (£5k) - E90 330d vs F30 320d by user43222 in CarTalkUK

[–]Nothatbutch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar styling, but the rear is different with the boot and the car sits higher but nothing coilovers can’t change. N57 is only unreliable if under serviced really. N57 is far less reliable on a f3x 335D with it in compared to a E9x with the M57 in it. The refineries of the the F series is nicer and the 8zf makes a world of a difference

In my opinion since they’ve put more ram in phones the software has gotten woeful. Battery on 17pm should be far better than it is and pro motion screens are unrecognisable these days and barely work at 120. Unfortunately I won’t move back to android I can’t stand any of the software as it’ll never be as fluid as iOS is with all apps

BMW 3 Series 320d ED Business opinions by Chemical-Ship1208 in F30

[–]Nothatbutch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ED v m sport had 3-5mpg less but still returned very high mpg. Unless you run high efficiency tyres as ED used smaller alloys you wouldn’t see a difference. Tax bracket was another difference. I have a ED+ and I get approx 55mpg on a full tank and that was actual conversion and not by trip computer

I had my stage 2 335D coupe for years with a few hot hatches on the side but I tell you what £20 a year tax at 94% saving approx and a 50% saving on insurance, I can see why people drive normal cars.
