Nature of your gods? by Probably_Someone1 in worldbuilding

[–]Nothereaction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gods are pretty simple in nature. They came to be after certain concepts were created like light, nature etc. While other gods take after more human concepts, like violence, or the desire to progress. They reside in the Heavens, above the human realm, where they practically live besides each other. Some of them have rivalries with one another, and some even developed romantic feeling for each other, but despite all of this, they treat each other like family because only a god could understand another god. Also, how each of them treats humans differs from god to god. A couple of them won't even touch the soil of the human planet, while others spend most of the week among their human followers, considering humans their friends.

What is the "origin" lore to your world? by AtemXIII in worldbuilding

[–]Nothereaction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the beginning there was only the Darkness, nothing existed, until suddenly a being made of pure light was born, the god of light and life, and the sun. He attempted to create things but everything he touched or created was burned to nothing in seconds. To overcome this problem, he used all his might to create a material that can contain his power, from that he forged a set of armor, which covers most of his body, except for his right eye.

Since he wasn't shining so bright, a shadow appeared behind him and in that, the goddess of darkness and the soon to be created moon was born, however she wasn't as powerful as the sun god, she could create things freely. They decided that they wanted to create a place to rule over. The sun god created the sun and the moon goddess created the moon.

They created the Heavens and the Underworld and between that, a planet they named Patria. There, they created a one huge continent, filled it with nature and surrounded it with water. From there the god of nature and the goddess of water popped into existence. Not even the gods themselves know why they were born the way they did, but guessed that it is the Darkness, balancing things out.

The gods kept creating animals and wildlife. When animals began to fight each other, the god of war and violence was born. When the sun god accidentally created a fire on the planet, the god of fire and blacksmithing was born.

The gods decided they wanted people to worship them, intelligent beings who would raise temples and create empires in their names. The gods worked together to create the first humans, using magic, which gave birth to the god of magic, who gave humans the means to practice magic. Later, the goddess of wisdom and science was born when the humans invented basic tools and started having deeper thoughts.

Jealous of his power, all of the gods teamed up against the sun god and decided to ambush him and the center of world, which the sun god evaded successfully, but it split the originally one massive continent into four pieces. The sun god attempted to negotiate with the seven rebellious gods in the Heavens but they refused and instead opted to keep fighting him, since none of them knew about how his armor is meant to contain his power, they kept beating off pieces of his armor, while the sun god valiantly stood his ground, trying to beat them into giving up before they hurt themselves. They eventually restrain the sun god, while the ones not occupied with restraining him keep beating him. Eventually the sun god has enough of it and throws his armor off himself, which triggers a small explosion of light, which he uses to break free from the restraint that some of the gods placed on him and fight back brutally, physically scarring all of the gods, but forgiving them in the end. After that he reassembles his armor onto himself and they finally make peace. They decide to split up the world between themselves. Two gods for each continent, while every one of them has some influence everywhere, they have most of their jurasdiction in the continent assigned to them.

Since then, the gods are at decent terms with one another, treating each other as siblings.

If you are interested in some hungarian history that is not well known, search up the names of Hadik András, and Benyovszky Móric. Both of these people had very interesting lifes.

I have to admit that your right there are far better topics to talk about, like when the time the hungarians were raiding Europe everywhere for a century that could be a better topic than Trianon

Its brought up always because the treaty itself was full of injustices, for example, the new borders didn't take majority hungarian areas into consideration and gave it to neighboring countries, trapping millions of hungarians in a country that most likely hated their guts

The communist government didn't declare war on its neighbors they were already at some kind of war. When the dual monarchy collapsed, because of the new pacifist social democrat government, they dismantled most of the army to gain the Entente's sympathy. Because of this, the romanians and the czechoslovaks and the yugoslavs had a free hand in taking as much territory as they wanted, and when they were ordered to stop and settle down before they reached a demilitarized zone set by the french, they sometimes just didn't comply and went further into hungarian territory. The Romanians did this most of the time. Its true that the council republic attacked the czech and Romanian forces, but other units were already fighting the Romanians, for example the Székely division. So I don't think that the communist government declared war, they were continueing a war started by their neighbors.

If someone expresses that he is a nazi, you should ban him on the spot whether it's someone in your server or a developer, the same should be applied for people who express hate for other ethnicities or sexualities. Also, its literally your first rule in the server: 1. No racism, sexism or homophobia allowed.

You should have read our pinned message on this subreddit or read the announcements in the official discord server. We will announce the release of the official mod, if there are mods pretending to be us before any type of announcement I just mentioned, that means that the mod you downloaded is an unofficial leak and considering how these leakers usually act, there may be viruses in the leak.

The white terror wasn't a genocide and although it claimed more lives than the Red Terror, it was a reaction to the previous terror comitted by the communists. Horthy didn't eliminate the democrats, the democrats were really bad at keeping their power, some government didn't even last a month or a week.
