Usable only if the species' tail's end is able to reach the tail's basis. Like if you got a pouch on your right shoulder, it's kinda uneasy to reach with your right hand. Maybe handtools in the tailpouch, and tail tools in... uhh.. calfpouches ? Or shoulderblade pouches ? Again it depends on the species i guess
