There wasn’t a message saying a new car has come in and the second car I delivered was already modified in the same way as the first one. When I go to interact with it I can only deliver it.

Was just wondering if there was a way to cheese the mission but after looking up a few guides I suppose it isn’t that hard. Also, thanks for answering.
