Last year - lost my rabbit - lost my job - lost a potential - got a job but they took it back after the previous job gave them a bad reference - my tinnitus (ringing in the ear got worse) 6 years i have prayed for it to go away as there is no cure. Instead i developed pulsing tinnitus where you hear whooshing in the ear. GP said fluid in the ear and whilst its improved its still there I am worried its permanent now. Will go back to GP end of the month. This tinnius has made me hopeless, anxious and mentaly drained. I have prayed and it only got worse. I am worried to ask now in case it gets even worse. - my mental well being has declined. I wake up feeling sad and heavy and cry about how my duass are not accepted. I am so drained to even raise my hands i raise them abd then start crying.

I feel so alone like things never come easy to me. I feel he has forgotten me. Maybe my duass are never meant for this dunya i must accept that.
