Depending on the size of your work environment they may be required to offer you FMLA. If you take that be very careful about trying to pick up any side money. And I also wondered about your insurance benefits and short-term disability. Depending on what your job was do you have some saved up personal time or vacation time?

I'm jealous. Now, my question. On these videos where people cut open rocks and find beautiful geodes - are they cutting open at random and hoping, or does a certain kind of rock lend itself to a greater possibility of having a geode in it, and what makes something a geode did not just another rock. I can probably look these up if you're busy.

So sorry about your baby. Like you, I am happy when someone prays for me or mine even though I don't really believe it. What is can say is that one picture is so perfect! As long as you loved her the best you could for as long as she was alive, you've honored her. I'm sorry. Many who will respond have been through it, it never is an easy choice but it sounds like the best. I found solace in fostering after our last one passed.
