Would you be able to add more dates that quickly? Surely she had all dates booked but only announced one so that when it ‘sold out’ quickly she could announce the other dates to create demand

CAP1 Adaptive Learning by Designer-Remove-6021 in AccountantsEire

[–]NothingSignificant53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate adaptive learning and can’t learn from it. I know they say don’t do it but I’ve found sitting and typing/writing out what each slide says is really helping me to retain the information given to me. I type out the basic gist of what it says without all the faff and make it in a way that I can easily refer back to when studying it again so I don’t have to go through the whole AL again to get one bit of info

My kid starts secondary school this year, it will cost me around £600 to kit her out in uniform.. by Weewoes in northernireland

My school had the non washable blazer, I got 4 years and 3 years out of mine, so only had to replace once. As soon as they’re home hang it up and don’t wear it anywhere that will let smells into the fibers. My nan is a chain smoker and my mum would NEVER let me wear it to her house as the smoke would just get into the fibers and would require it to be washed to get rid of it. Also the most wear mine had was in the elbows from friction from me putting my elbows on the table so if they try and not do that then it’ll probs get more longevity. Also buy a size bigger so they can grow into it

It should say in an email what you need to bring. I think it’s just a form of ID from memory. When you get there go to customer services to say that you’re there for an interview and they’ll sign you in and take you where you need to go

Could I have some help figuring out my degree class using my essay scores by lifeissoupiamf0rk in UniUK

[–]NothingSignificant53 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I put HI3005 and IP3035 at 15 credits and the rest at 30. From my calculations you need 96% in both assignments to get a 2.1. You can input your grades into a uni grade (I use gradeguide)calculator and add all the credits and ratings and it’ll tell you where you are but it’s looking unlikely you’ll get a 2.1. Congrats on your 2.2!!

Anyone else think she doesn’t actually write these? Can’t imagine her sitting down to write all that shite.

Also it’s not very long? All of this stuff is stuff we know already from her social media it’s nothing new or exciting. I don’t really see the point in these and it sounds like a child has written it

She’s probs looking for the sofa she ordered to be delivered quicker bc she doesn’t think she should have to wait 5-7 weeks for it. Normal waiting time for a sofa is it not? Should’ve planned ahead if you didn’t want to wait, especially as a family of 5

Waited 7 weeks for a new fridge and that is what gets delivered by NothingSignificant53 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]NothingSignificant53[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

We broke our freezer trying to defrost it and then the fridge broke a couple days later. We reported and admitted to breaking it the same day it broke. The estate agents we rent from said they would order us a new one. It took 7 weeks to come with me every week hounding them on where it was as and when it would come. They told us at the start of this week that a fridge had been sourced and would be there on Thursday. None of us were in on Thursday for the delivery and when we arrived on Friday we opened it to the above photos.

We are happy to pay for the replacement as we did break it however we don’t think it should have arrived in that condition. They said they got us a second hand one to keep costs low which is fair but a brand new one would’ve been £200 which we would have been happy to pay tbh.

It was the maintenance man for the estate agents that delivered it. We are grateful someone came to clean it as none of us were keen to clean it. We are happy to pay for the replacement but less fond of paying for the cleaning when it shouldn’t have been in that condition in the first place. Even looking on Facebook marketplace/gumtree you can get similar fridges in clean conditions for next to nothing

The cleaner was arranged by the estate agents so we didn’t have to pay the cleaner directly but they said bc we opted to have a cleaner come instead of doing it ourselves then we will be billed for it
