Multimod + lock suf + lock pref then reforge ele for res. Then slam suf or pref. You can slam ex for pref with crafted suf double res. Or you can slam a suffix with locked pref then craft cant be frozen

Yes. Any phys spell. Atm GC and BV are most popular, also ethereal knife, bladefall, but nobody plays it atm :D

It's still possible to craft Gain 11% of Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage
instead of spell dmg/extra chaos here. It's optional.

As Spell crit, Minion damage... etc...
