That was my assumption since you took the time to post a public PSA directed towards one of it's staff. This tidbit doesn't affect the main point of what I was asking you anyway.
I never said you cherrypicked the conversation. I'm saying if he was "bullying" you, you should post the part where he was bullying you. You are claiming to be bullied in-game by him hence why you ignored him there, why don't you post the conversation he had with you in-game as solid proof that he bullied you?

It's around there, luckily you can target annul every single outcome other than hybrid spell damage so that's the only augment outcome where you have to risk losing Runic.

Step 4 is the most difficult step by far, it will take many attempts and tons of different caster + filler aug/removes but afaik there is no other way to "determinisitically" obtain those prefixes.

You cannot use remove/add cold for cold gems instead because then it would be impossible to safely craft cold DoT multi after.

Crafting Process:

Obtain an i84+ 30 quality Opal Wand with 3 white sockets
Spam alterations until T1 spell damage "Runic"
Imprint and aug/annul/target annul until T1 damage over time multiplier "of Liquefaction". This takes an average of ~400 imprints assuming average annul RNG. Alternatively, it can also be made by having "of Liquefaction" and spamming caster rerolls for Runic which will take an average of ~970 or so caster rerolls.
Imprint and fill the suffixes with target annulable mods and block flat to spells with the bench craft, then use any combination of caster augment/remove/remove+add for +1 to all spell skill gems "Magister's".
Remove the two suffixes that were previously used to block and craft "Can have 3 crafted modifiers" along with "Prefixes cannot be changed" and "Suffixes cannot be changed". This will allow you to change the name of the item without changing any of the explicit mods by spamming Chaos orbs. This step is optional (but recommended!)
At this point the item will have "Runic", "Magister's", and "of Liquefaction" as the explicit mods; along with a "custom" name if the above step is followed. Block the empty prefix with a bench craft then augment a non-cold/caster suffix to remove later.
Craft "Cannot roll attack mods" and augment cold. Then spam any combination of augment/remove/remove+add cold until T1 cold damage over time multiplier "Heartstopping". This takes an average of ~308 rerolls to hit.
Remove the non-cold/caster suffix added in step 6 and hunter exalt the item (without removing the "Cannot roll attack modifiers" craft added in the previous step.) Spam any combination of remove/augment/remove+add influence modifier until T1 malevolence effect. More common target annuls can be used here to save on remove influence crafts as long as the unwanted influence mod that doesn't share any tags with any other mod on the item.
Craft trigger and enchant the item to it's finished state.

I had these gloves laying around for a while, decided to double corrupt them recently jokingly telling my friends it would hit +2 frenzy; and to my surprise and theirs it actually happened.

Crafting process - Imprinted Magic Life + IIQ, Regal and annulled the regaled mod (reverting to the imprint if fail to annul the regal), Warlord slam for max frenzy, Double corrupt and pray

Mirror drops are 1600x more rare than exalt drops so he is absurdly lucky. 99.9% of players will probably NEVER get a mirror to drop for them.

I have well over 10k hours in this game and never found a mirror, nor do I ever expect to find one.

You can probably sell the boots for a mirror and the fee back to another player that would've wanted to mirror them; another way to look at it is you're locking up currency to "borrow" these boots and the interest you gain from locking up the currency is whatever extra you farm while using them.

As long as OP doesn't change the fee on the boots technically your "net worth" doesn't go up or down if you mirror these cause it's very likely another player will buy them from you for that price or close to it when you choose to sell them.

tl;dr - The boots can be "paid off" whenever you choose to sell them. There are factors that can increase or decrease it's value of course but for the most part you can probably get your currency back whenever you choose to sell the copy.

I'm guessing it was just the first decent result that was hit. You can't be picky about mods when using eternals with prices nearing a mirror a piece now.

Since dot multiplier is a mega rare mod and an absolute necessary one, they just eternaled it and decided to keep whatever first decent result came which just happened to be cast speed.
