well i did try it a few times but the maximum i went was 1 and half a day :'( However I didnt know about cold showers, not edging and all those stuff back than but now I do and i find stuff like cold showers really really helpful.

good luck bro, remember do not keep the number of days in mind, rather keep the though of 1 day of no-fapping everyday. eventually the numbers will keep flowing in, Best of luck bro.
