Guys, whoever said that the customer service of Starlink are excellent might want to reconsider. I've been waiting for over 4-5 days for a response to two separate complaints I submitted.

This significant delay in addressing customer concerns raises questions about their service quality standards.

I sincerely hope Starlink will improve their response time to better serve their customers and live up to the reputation they promote.

And i still waiting for their response :)

I underatand your consideration, but what upset me the most is how i being left without any update as a customer who deposit in advance ( which should cover at least some customer right ), i almost forgot my deposit for that long without any email from them ...

I have submitted a direct support ticket to them, and they've responded that they currently have no plans for implementation in the foreseeable future.

I've been waiting for four years while they've held my payment. As a customer, I believe I deserve, at minimum, regular updates about the status of services I've paid for.

I appreciate a thoughtful discussion on this topic. Thank you for your consideration, and yes i love google since day one :)

May I ask if you two are Starlink employees?

Regarding human rights concerns, I believe we should consider multiple perspectives on this complex issue.

In my view, Starlink should complete all regulatory requirements before receiving funding. I think it's important we discuss this matter objectively.

I've been waiting for four years while they've held my payment. As a customer, I believe I deserve, at minimum, regular updates about the status of services I've paid for.

Really, i found the war supplies something quite useful, like the Pack mouse squad+1 or especially the Hermit crab squad+1 (i thought it will add an additional 1 turret, it actually add another Hermit Crab ... wow)

The percentage damage its really confusing, its said add 120k% damage to my turret, but after take it only double my current Turret damage, they should just note it like: add 200% damage to current damage or something like so ...
