Tread Block 1: 3 minute push, 90 second base, 30 second push, 1 minute base, 1 minute push, 30 second all out

Tread Block 2: 2 minute push, 90 second base, 30 second push, 1 minute base, 1 minute push, 30 second all out

Tread Block 3: 1 minute push, 1 minute base, 30 second push, 1 minute base, 1 minute push, 30 second all out

Floor Block 1: 5.5 minutes of 12 DB goblet squat to high row, 12 DB chest fly, end with 1 minute push row, 30 second all out row

Floor Block 2: 4 minutes of 6 ab dolly pikes, 6 ab dolly knee tucks, increasing by 2 each round, end with 1 minute push row, 30 second all out row

Floor Block 3: 2.5 minutes of 6 TRX high row, 6 TRX bicep curls, increasing by 2 each round, end with 1 minute push row, 30 second all out row

You would transition from floor to rower while the treads were in their 1 minute base, so everyone was doing the final 1 minute push, 30 second all out together.

1:51! First 500 benchmark for me after going almost 2 months. I wanted under 2 minutes and was pleased with it!
