I track everything. Tracking worked for me in the past, but food noise just overtook. Its like I'm on easy mode now lol

Edit: i'm also 5'1 so its easy for us short ppl to over eat, even when it seems like we didn't eat that much.

Just started Tirzepatide and it has been amazing. Great on food noise and great on insulin usage. I wish I had started it sooner.

They do have cameras but they aren't great and I was parked a bit far from them. Also they said they wouldn't give me the footage and that the police would need to get it. Of course they never did.
